Charles C. Ryan (Partner).  Born Hot Springs, Arkansas, February 8, 1947.  Married to Jeanne Ryan since 1982.  Raised 9 children and foster children representing 6 fathers and 5 mothers.  Resides in Anaheim, California with his wife Jeanne and five spoiled dogs.

Admissions: State Bar of California 1971; State Bar of New Mexico 1995.  Admitted to practice before all federal courts in California and New Mexico.  Until 2005 Mr. Ryan maintained full time law offices in California and New Mexico.  His office-based practice is now limited to California, but Mr. Ryan will accept jury trials in New Mexico and surrounding states upon special arrangement with a local attorney who retains him specially as a trial attorney.

Practice Areas: Civil Trial Lawyer:  Mr. Ryan has conducted more than 100 civil trials in several states, including trials with verdicts exceeding $1,000,000.  His practice emphasizes the intense preparation, negotiation, settlement or jury trial of significant cases in all areas of personal injury practice. This specifically includes wrongful death claims, medical malpractice claims, legal malpractice claims, brain injury cases, spinal injury cases, product liability cases, and injuries arising from automobile or truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, slip-and-fall accidents, dog and other animal attacks.  Mr. Ryan also prepares and settles, or will take to jury trial selected cases involving elder abuse, nursing home neglect, or exposure to toxic or damaging substances.  He also handles select insurance bad faith claims, wrongful denial of disability claims, and select business litigation claims.  Mr. Ryan will consider any civil claim that could end up in jury trial before a state or federal court and that requires intense investigation, development and preparation.
